Sheriff: No explosive device found after bomb scare in Fairborn

UPDATE @ 12:52 p.m.

A resident in Fairborn received a bomb threat and the Dayton Bomb Squad was called to investigate, but no explosive devices were found, according to Greene County Sheriff Gene Fischer.

EARLIER

The Dayton Bomb Squad was at a residence in the 3000 block of Bell Drive in Fairborn Saturday afternoon, according to Montgomery County dispatch.

The Greene County Sheriff’s Office was also at the scene.

It is unknown as to why they were there at this time.
