Feldman, also a Miami University alumnus, joined Dayton Children’s in 2012 and before that was Montgomery County administrator, capping off a 30 year career with the county.
Feldman is also on the Ohio Hospital Association board of trustees and chair of the Preschool Promise board and Montgomery County Family and Children’s First Council.
Her honors include the YWCA Women of Influence Award, Dayton Daily News Top Ten Women Award, Dayton Daily News 2006 Person of the Year, Dayton Business Journal’s Ten Most Influential People (2011), and National Conference of Community Justice’s Humanitarian Award. In 2018, she was recognized by the League of Women Voters as one of their Dangerous Dames.

Feldman earned a bachelor’s degree in political science at Miami, a master’s degree in public administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University, and an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree from Wright State University.
