MEET THE NEALEIGHS
"I get nervous sometimes, but not all the time," Charlotte said. "I get nervous because I'm one of those people who doesn't like messing up that many times."
"Are you nervous because you'll mess up on stage or because Grennan, the one throwing knives at you, will mess up?" their Dad, Thomas asked.
"GRENNAN!" she replied.
Grennan, "The Green Monster," appeared on America's Got Talent in 2014 and kept the crowd on the edge of their seats as he threw knives around his dad. During the episode, gasps from the audience can be heard and host Nick Cannon repeatedly told viewers not to try this at home.

Don’t worry. Grennan says he has a pretty good track record.
"I have never hit anyone in my entire life!" he said. He has been performing since the age of four and has met many influential western arts performers that have influenced his interests in knife-throwing.
"One of my future goals is carrying on the tradition of being a knife-thrower performer," Grennan said.
Charlotte cuts in, "SAME!" she shouted. "And I also want to be a spy!"
"Another thing is that we practice a lot," Grennan explained. "I practice throwing knives, and Charlotte [practices her] contortioning act."
"Grennan has been trying to figure out what would be his place in the show where his dad would have to hire him," their mother said. "Since there aren't a lot of knife-throwers, he said "What if I learned to throw knives and I got really good at it? Then, you would have to hire me.""

WHEN THEY’RE NOT THROWING KNIVES
Grennan who is currently in the sixth grade at River’s Edge Montessori, auditioned for Stivers School for the Arts and was accepted. He will begin at the magnet school for performing arts this upcoming school year.
Charlotte attends Charity Adams Earley Academy for girls and is in the third grade.
The kids, when not performing, are extremely active in their after-school programs, including the swim team at the Miami Valley Golf Club. Their other activities include tap dancing and Charlotte loves ballet.
The kids have traveled a lot recently for television appearances and performances. During the school year, their parents try to limit their performances. But the amount of love and support from the staff, teachers, principals and their friends recently has been a huge boost of encouragement for this awesome duo.
"Charlotte brought home a flyer that her school made for her," their mom said. "A picture of her brother and her that reminded the whole school to watch on Sunday."
"Today at my school, they said it on the announcements to remind everyone to watch this weekend," Grennan said. "I handed out flyers at school and I'm going to have a big party. I invited my friends to come over. And everyone is super excited to see it they're like 'I can't wait!'."
