The plea involved charges from three cases involving Abston from 2019.

A judge sentenced him to two years for possession of a fentanyl-related compound, one year for aggravated possession of drugs and 18 months for trespass in a habitation.

All three sentences will be served at the same time, for a total sentence of two years.

Abston initially was indicted on kidnapping, abduction and having weapons under disability charges in December after he reportedly held three women at gunpoint at a South Torrence Street home in Dayton.

He hit one of the three women before showing a handgun and preventing the women from leaving, according to police.

Abston choked two of the women and and tried to force one to perform a sex act, police said.

Charges from the initial indictment were dismissed and the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office filed documents for a trespass in a habitation charge in the case Wednesday, according to court records.

Abston was scheduled to go to trial for the case today.

Possession of cocaine and aggravated possession of drugs charges in Abston’s two other cases also were dismissed.
