She was sentenced in court Monday afternoon

On March 25, 2018, Cross was driving on Germantown Street when she lost control of the vehicle while trying to make a turn. As a result, she drove over a curb and struck an RTA pole, according to a Dayton traffic report.

There were three children in the car: an 11-year-old girl and two boys ages 14 months and 3 months.

The 11-year-old was in the passenger seat, the 14-month-old boy sat in the middle front seat and the 3-month-old baby was in the back seat.

All three children were taken to Dayton Children’s Hospital following the wreck.

A warrant was issued for Cross’ arrest three days after the incident.

She is not currently listed on the Montgomery County Jail site.
