The crash was reported on Kessler-Frederick Road at Wheelock Road just before 9 a.m. Thursday.
Deputies said the driver went across the center line while trying to avoid a deer that ran into the roadway. The truck then went on top of a guardrail and went into the creek, investigators said.
The driver, who was not identified, suffered non-life threatening injuries.
