A house in the 4600 block of Sylvan Drive in Dayton was heavily damaged by fire early Tuesday morning.
When firefighters arrived at the scene, flames were shooting out of the structure. But crews quickly got the fire under control, said Cheryl Clark of the Dayton Fire Department.
