“After reviewing the statements, I felt it was in her best interest not to have the statements suppressed,” Evans said.
Hensley is accused of killing and robbing Cho and stealing from another customer a few hours earlier in Blue Ash. Both incidents occurred Aug. 7.
According to a Monroe police report, Hensley said Cho touched her inappropriately during a private show at his home.
Hensley, a performer with Naughty Bodies in Covington, Ky., said she had received a call from her company to go to 367 Timrick Place for a private show. She said she arrived about 4:20 a.m., and once inside, Cho began putting his hands on her and touching her in ways that were inappropriate, according to the police report.
Hensley told police she left immediately and that Cho followed her out of the house. Hensley struck Cho with her vehicle as she fled, but told authorities she didn’t know he was lodged underneath her SUV.
But prosecutors maintain Hensley hit Cho after robbing him. They also maintain she robbed another man, Eric Nordhausen, just hours before the death of Cho.
Hensley is scheduled to be back in court Tuesday before Butler County Judge Keith Spaeth for pretrial motions involving a request for funds by the defense to hire a blood spatter expert.
Last month Spaeth approved funds for an accident reconstruction expert to assist the defense.
