Free advance screening features ‘Godzilla: King of the Monsters’ May 25

Service members, military families and retirees at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base can get a free sneak peek of “Godzilla: King of the Monsters” May 25 at 7 p.m. at the base theater in the Kittyhawk Area. Free tickets are available at the Exchange food court and the Main Exchange customer service desk.

The screening is one of 18 being held at Exchange Reel Time Theater locations at military installations across the country. The Wright-Patterson AFB community will get to see the movie nearly a week before it is released in theaters to nationwide audiences on May 31, courtesy of Warner Brothers and the Army & Air Force Exchange Service.

“Seeing a movie at the Wright-Patterson Reel Time Theater is a wonderful way for Airmen to relax with their families and friends,” said Exchange General Manager Jermaine Wilson. “The nation is safe because of what service members and their families do for us every day, and we’re happy to help provide a free screening of a great movie for them.”

The movie stars Kyle Chandler, Vera Farmiga, Millie Bobby Brown, Bradley Whitford, Sally Hawkins, Charles Dance, Thomas Middleditch, Aisha Hinds, O’Shea Jackson Jr., David Strathairn, Ken Watanabe and Ziyi Zhang.
