Authorities and emergency personnel were dispatched to the area of Dog Leg Road and Stonequarry Road for the wreck, which was reported just after 3:30 a.m.
According to police, a preliminary investigation revealed the driver went off the road into a drainage ditch and drove onto a residential driveway before going airborne. The vehicle landed on its side near a bed of trees off the roadway.
The juvenile, who suffered minor injuries, was taken to Dayton Children’s Hospital for precautionary measures, police said.
It’s unknown if the driver will be cited for the crash.
