Investigators are currently working to gather more information on the incident and suspect at this time, Spires said.
The victim’s identity has not been released.
FIRST REPORT:
A shooting was reported around 2:05 p.m. in the 2100 block of Kipling Drive.
A male was shot in the chest and the suspect has fled the scene, according to Montgomery County Regional dispatch.
