Nathan Street, 33, is accused “taking a plastic spoon and shaving it down into a weapon with a point,” according to court records.
Street pleaded not guilty at arraignment by video Monday morning from the jail to Miami County Municipal Judge Gary Nasal. The new charge is possession of a deadly weapon while under detention.
Street already is in jail on charges of inducing panic, aggravated menacing and carrying a concealed weapon.
