Montgomery County takes over Trotwood building code enforcement

The Montgomery County Building Regulations Division will now provide all Residential Building Code enforcement services for the City of Trotwood. These services include the review of all plans and specifications for 1, 2, and 3-family homes, room additions and accessory structures, as well as related HVAC and gas piping installation.

Montgomery County already performs all Commercial Building Code enforcement for the City of Trotwood and is now expanding services to include residential.
