Levi Robertson, who died at the scene, was not wearing a helmet when he was ejected from his Harley Davidson in the collision with an oncoming Ford Escape just after 4 p.m. The southbound bike went left of center, the sheriff’s office said.
Robert Burt, 80, who was driving the SUV with his passenger and spouse, Valerie Burt, were treated at Kettering’s Preble ER in Eaton and released. They are Camden residents also.

An autopsy for Robertson is scheduled for Thursday at the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office.
The accident on U.S. 127 was one of three on Preble County roadways Wednesday afternoon that left five people dead and three injured. The accidents, which included one in Gratis Twp. and the other on I-70 West, occurred within 30 minutes of each other, the sheriff’s office said.
