Police find no drivers after vehicles crash, catch on fire

Police are investigating after finding both drivers had fled a two-vehicle crash that left one vehicle on fire at the intersection of South Gettysburg Avenue and Germantown Street in Dayton.

According to Montgomery County Regional Dispatch records, police received a report of a two-vehicle crash at 1:42 a.m.

They arrived on scene to find an SUV and a truck that had crashed. The truck was on fire, records said, and both drivers had fled the scene.
