Both vehicles involved in crash empty when police arrive

Police are investigating after all drivers and possible passengers fled a two-vehicle crash in the 1800 block of Germantown Street that was reported at around 2:32 a.m.

Initial reports said that someone may have been trapped in this crash, but an officer on scene told our crew that on arrival both vehicles were empty.

Initial reports also said that one of the vehicles may have been reported stolen.
