Premier Health urgent care center opens in Piqua today

Premier Health’s newest urgent care center opens today in Piqua, inside the Outpatient Care Center North Premier Health building on Looney Road.

The center will cover a variety of health needs, including minor illnesses, such as sinus infections, earaches, allergies and pink eye, to injuries like broken bones.

Health care providers at the urgent care center will be able to school and sports physicals, vaccinate patients, perform X-rays and handle diagnostic testing for the flu, pregnancy and strep.

Drug testing, employee sick care, company-wide wellness biometric screenings and initial injury and accident care is available at the location.

The urgent care center will be open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.

Patients can register for an appointment online or request a video visit. Walk-in appointments are also available through registration at self-check-in kiosks.
