2 taken to hospital after bottle smashed over head, stabbing in Harrison Twp.

UPDATE @8:30 a.m.

Two people were taken to the hospital this morning after a verbal argument escalated into a physical altercation, according to a release.

One male smashed a bottle over a male’s head, and the other male stabbed the other with a kitchen utensil.

Deputies responded around 4:50 a.m. in the 2000 block of Chamberlin Avenue.

Both suffered injuries not considered life-threatening.

Update@6:37 a.m.:

A person who was treated outside of the house was transported to a local hospital. Montgomery County deputies spent nearly an hour at the scene investigating. However, they declined to release any information because a supervisor was not present.

We are responding to a report of a stabbing in the 2000 block of Chamberlin Avenue in Harrison Twp. Tuesday morning.

Several deputies and paramedics are at the scene, and they appear to be treating a person in the front of a house.

It is not clear at this time how serious the victim’s wounds are or what led to to the stabbing.
