Brandon Roberts, 34, is accused of inappropriate sexual behavior with an 11 year-old child. The victim’s mother, girlfriend to Roberts, awoke late Saturday night and found him naked in another room with the child.
When police arrived at Roberts’ home around 3 a.m., he was very drunk. Roberts was uncooperative with officers while they interviewed him and the child’s mother, and he began yelling obscenities at officers and charged into the residence while another officer was investigating.
While transporting Roberts to jail he busted out the rear window of the cruiser. He was taken to the Clark County Jail and faces charges for both rape and felony vandalism.
