Suspect charged in CSU student's death

Formal charges have been filed against a man wanted in connection with the death of a Central State football player and the wounding of others.  Police say Jason Shern has been charged with one count of murder and two counts of felonious assault.  CSU defensive back Kordero Hunter died from gunshot wounds he suffered last week when a fight broke out at the A-List Lounge in Dayton.  Hunter was one of a number of students who had been brought into town for a promotional party.  Police say Hunter and the other students were innocent bystanders when the shooting started.  Police continue to search for Shern.
