Xenia police Capt. Alonzo Wilson confirmed Slone had been arrested and detained on charges of involuntary manslaughter and drug trafficking in the overdose death of 26-year-old Robert Stewart.
Wilson said detectives believe Slone supplied the drugs and was present when Stewart took the drugs.

The Greene County Coroner’s Office determined the cause of death was multiple drug intoxication.

Stewart, found Jan. 26 in the middle of the 1100 block of Massachusetts Drive and not breathing, died at a hospital the next day, Xenia police said.

Investigators said it appeared Stewart died of a drug overdose.

Police said Stewart did not live on Massachusetts Drive and they did not know why he was there.
