A Dayton building and the people inside are proud of the building’s new look.

A mural on the Victory Project building at 409 Troy St. is now finished.

Montgomery County Juvenile Court judges Anthony Capizzi and Helen Wallace celebrated the mural’s completion Thursday afternoon at the Victory Project.

The mural took months of work by K12 Art Gallery artists, juvenile court staff and participants in Helping Adolescents Achieve Long-Term Objectives, an art-based program to assist at-risk youth in engaging in positive activities.

The Victory Project is a privately funded faith-based after-school program that mentors young men in Montgomery County.
