Newly obtained cruiser camera footage from Huber Heights police shows the moments officers arrived at Villa Tavern after three people were shot and a fourth man injured.
The band Ghost Town was entertaining about 250 people when shots rang out about 10 p.m. Wednesday at the 6303 Rip Rap Road business.
An arrest warrant was issued for Michael J. Prater, 33, of Dayton, after prosecutors approved eight counts of felonious assault for his suspected role in the shooting.
Huber Heights Police said Prater is white, stands approximately 6 feet 2 and weighs about 230 pounds with brown hair and eyes. His last known address is on North Westview Avenue in Dayton, according to court documents.
Police released a photograph of Prater on Thursday afternoon, but investigators said they believe he may have shaved or cut his hair since the photo was taken.
