Visit to Pickawillany Village

The Johnston Farm & Indian Agency staff is offering visitors the chance July 18 to visit the site of Pickawillany village, where archaeology instructors and students from Hocking College and Ohio Historical Society archaeologists are conducting research.

The boat will leave for the village at 12:30 p.m. and visitors will have about one hour to explore and talk with the archaeologists. The cost is regular site admission of $8 for adults, $4 for students 6-12 and free to Ohio Historical Society members and Johnston Farm Friends Council. For more information, call (937) 773-2522.
