NEW DETAILS: Cruiser cam from stolen police car shows 3 minutes of traffic terror
He was released from the Lebanon Correctional Institute on Aug. 10 after being sentenced to prison for committing a robbery. Then on Aug. 26, he reportedly stabbed his father and fled the scene.

Police later responded to Airway Road where Walters crashed before stealing a Riverside police cruiser. A short time later, he crashed in the area of E. Third St. and Patterson Boulevard, killing two six-year-old girls and injuring others.
More charges are pending related to the theft of the police cruiser and the deaths of the two girls and the case will be presented to a grand jury.
