WATCH: Car leads police on high-speed chase through Baltimore

Police have arrested a shooting suspect who attempted to flee officers by initiating a lengthy chase through the city according to the Baltimore CBS affiliate.

The suspect was eventually arrested in the 1800 block of Gwynn Falls Parkway.
