Police said the man threatened the teller using a note.
"(He) passed a note to the teller, told her to stay calm,” said Officer Aaron Harlow with the Huber Heights Police Division.
Harlow said the robber put the note and cash into a black portfolio and then walked out of the store. He said no one was hurt. Harlow added that the teller did the right thing.
"She did absolutely what she was supposed to do,” Harlow said. “She stayed calm. She even tried keeping the note however he was able to snatch that back from her."
Harlow said the robber got away in a white or silver Ford F-150 with Ohio license plates and no bed liner.
He said anyone with information should call Huber Heights Police at 233-1565.
