Man struck by vehicle while crossing the street in Harrison Twp.

A man sustained life-threatening injuries after he was struck by a vehicle while crossing the street Saturday morning. He was transferred to an area hospital for treatment.

Initial investigations revealed that the man, 53, was crossing the street when he was struck by a 1999 Toyota Corolla driven by a 20-year-old woman. The woman was not injured, nor was her passenger, a release from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said.
