On Monday, Phillip Platt, 26, was sentenced in Butler County. He was found guilty in Maines's death last month.
Prosecutors said Platt's girlfriend lured Maines to a Middletown house, where Platt and another suspect, Riccardo Renfro, killed him.
Renfro was charged with murder and aggravated robbery.
