Four more novel coronavirus, or COVID-19, cases have been reported in the city of Middletown as of Monday.

Middletown spokeswoman Shelby Quinlivan said three confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported over the weekend, a 60-year-old man who was not hospitalized on Saturday; and a 40-year-old female and a 29-year-old female on Sunday and neither was hospitalized. On Monday, a 94-year-old man was reported and was hospitalized.

These raise the number of confirmed cases in the city to 29.

As of 2 p.m. Monday, the Ohio Department of Health has reported 15,699 confirmed cases in Ohio with 3,232 hospitalizations that include 978 admissions to intensive care units across the state.

The median age of people confirmed with COVID-19 is 51 and the age range is from less than 1 year to 106. There have been 712 confirmed deaths from COVID-19 statewide.

In addition, the state health department also reported there were 626 probable cases and 41 probable deaths that may be linked to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Butler County has reported 231 confirmed cases, 70 hospitalizations, and five deaths, as of Monday.

Warren County has reported 120 confirmed cases, 22 hospitalizations, and nine deaths, as of Monday.
