Service restored after more than 1,300 lose power in Moraine

Service has been resorted to most Dayton Power & Light customers after an outage affected more than 1,300 in the Moraine area Thanksgiving morning.

At one point, 1,382 customers were without service. As of 11:05 a.m., 56 people were still without power, according to the outage map.
