Ron Kraft of Pierce County told Seattle's KIRO-TV that he received a new heart last year after suffering from heart failure, and he needs to take the medication every 12 hours.

"If I don't, my body starts rejecting my heart and things just start going all wrong," Kraft said in an interview with the TV station. "It's life or death."

Kraft said he called the pharmacy after not seeing the packages delivered as promised last Tuesday, but was told that the packages had been delivered.

The man then checked his surveillance cameras and saw someone with a dog walking up to his home, picking up the packages and walking away.
