According to WPBF, officers with the Palm Beach Police Department responded when Lu returned to the property, and their investigation determined her visa had expired.
She was questioned by authorities but invoked her right to counsel and has been booked into Palm Beach County Jail for loitering and prowling, the station reported.
Public Information Officer Michael Ogrodnick told the Sun-Sentinel the investigation is ongoing and declined to provide further details.
Lu’s arrest comes one month after Yujing Zhang, 33, was ordered deported by a judge to her home country of China. Zhang, who had talked her way past Secret Service agents, pretended to be a Mar-A-Lago member to gain access to the grounds.
Trump is slated to arrive at the resort Friday night and remain through the holidays, the Sun-Sentinel reported.
