Jones, as the Austin-based host of Infowars.com, has a long history of pushing wild conspiracy theories, such as how the U.S. government perpetrated the 9/11 attacks or how the Sandy Hook Elementary School Mass shooting in Newtown, Connecticut, was a hoax.
An article posted on his website said Jones discussed the arrest on his show Tuesday and claimed that his blood-alcohol level was under the legal limit of 0.08 percent.
