When Jerry Perkins realized he could not sit next to his wife and could only communicate through a window, he made the best of the confining situation.
Jerry sang “You Are My Sunshine,” adding, “Did you know you are my sunshine? Even at night, you are my sunshine.”
"Going in there to see and just to be a glass apart from us was very encouraging to us to be able to see her," the couple's daughter, Sandra, told WKRG.
