Eminem is the latest celebrity to give back to health care workers amid the coronavirus pandemic.

According to the Detroit News and the Detroit Free Press, the rapper, whose real name is Marshall Mathers, joined forces with the Union Joints restaurant group to donate meals to Henry Ford Health System and Detroit Medical Center staffers. The dish? You guessed it – Mom's Spaghetti, a nod to his Academy Award-winning song, "Lose Yourself."

"Our #HealthcareHeroes 'lost themselves' in the delicious Mom's Spaghetti donated by Detroit's very own, @Eminem," the Henry Ford Health System tweeted Tuesday. "Thank you for providing a special meal for our team members!"

Meanwhile, DMC added in a similar tweet: "Thank you Union Joints for the generous donation of meals to support our staff. They served one of their specialties, also a favorite of Eminem, titled 'Mom's Spaghetti.' We offer our heartfelt thanks and are grateful for the support."

The spaghetti containers included a Shady Records logo and the message, “Thank you, frontline caregivers.”

As of Thursday morning, at least 33,966 confirmed coronavirus cases and 2,813 deaths had been reported in Michigan, according to Johns Hopkins University. Wayne County, home to Detroit, reported the largest cluster of infections, with 14,561, and deaths, with 1,319.
