Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are helping to make sure that families get the food they need amid the coronavirus pandemic.

In a Facebook post last week, country music star Brad Paisley thanked the celebrity couple, who launched the Tiller & Hatch frozen food brand last year, for donating 2,000 meals to Paisley's Nashville, Tennessee-based free grocery store, simply called The Store.

"So great! Love, B-Rad," he wrote, referencing the pair's nicknames, "J-Lo" and "A-Rod."

According to People magazine, Paisley and his wife, Kimberly Williams-Paisley, partnered with Belmont University to launch their volunteer-run, supermarket-style food bank in March.

"In doing their own shopping, our guests not only have a sense of dignity, but also a higher satisfaction with the food they are able to choose," The Store's website says.

Later that month, Paisley announced that the food bank would be delivering a week’s worth of groceries to seniors in Nashville’s Edgehill and Berry Hill communities.
