Country singer Ned LeDoux's 2-year-old daughter dies after choking accident at home

The daughter of country singer Ned LeDoux died in a choking accident Oct. 20, according to a statement the family posted Sunday on Facebook.

Haven LeDoux died at her northeast Kansas home, The Tennessean reported.

"It is with great sadness that Ned & Morgan inform friends and fans that their two-year-old daughter Haven passed away on October 20th due to a tragic choking accident in the home," the Facebook post read. "The LeDoux family appreciates your love and support and is requesting privacy at this time."

Ned LeDoux released two singles that hit the charts -- "Brother Highway" and "Some People Do" -- from his 2017 debut album, "Sagebrush," WZTV reported.

Haven's grandfather, Chris LeDoux, who died in 2005, was a world champion bareback rider who had a stellar career as a country music star, the television station reported.

No further details have been released, WZTV reported.
