Driver kills 10 seagulls by luring them with popcorn, running them over in parking lot, police say

A driver used a bag of popcorn to lure a flock of seagulls in a parking lot Saturday before running them over, killing 10 before driving off, police said.

Laurel police said the driver bought a bag of popcorn from a Dollar Tree store and emptied it in the parking lot sometime between 9 and 10:30 a.m.
