Florida man strips naked after crashing into car, investigators say

A Florida man decided after crashing into another car, rather than calling police or insurance, to strip naked and make obscene gestures at the woman driving and the young female passenger inside it, investigators said.

The Manatee County Sheriff's Office said Cody Hicks, 26, was driving erratically around 3:30 p.m. March 13 when he ran into another vehicle with two females in it, the Bradenton Herald reported.
