Police said a Hispanic male driver pulled the female back into the car as she tried to get out, causing her to lose one of her Nike slides (black with white writing) in the intersection.
The Sheriff's Office said the car was a blue, newer model, Honda four-door sedan.
Authorities said the female appeared to be 15 to 20 years old and has long black hair. She was wearing a white dress.
