According to a police report, officers say the victim and Kelsey Dunsing met through an online dating website several months ago.
An investigation revealed that the two had sex multiple times in October and December of last year, police said.
The victim told investigators they would go to Dunsing’s apartment on Myrtle Avenue, the police report said.

Investigators said they also uncovered a Facebook messenger conversation in which Dunsing and the victim talked about whether she should take a pregnancy test.
WJAX spoke to a close friend of Dunsing who says he doesn't believe the accusations, and says she never mentioned the boy to him.
Dunsing’s landlord said he saw the boy at her apartment a lot, but he had an ID that said he was 21.
“We got to be careful who we have our kids around,” said Kaliyah Geathers, a mother who lives in the neighborhood.
