Gibson is giving guitars to musicians affected by the recent tornadoes that damaged parts of Tennessee.

The guitar company will replace musicians’ guitars that were damaged or destroyed when two tornadoes swept across parts of Tennessee.

The damaged instrument does not have to be a Gibson to be eligible for replacement.

"Our goal is to get a guitar back into the hands of anyone who has had their guitar damaged or destroyed in the recent Tennessee storm," Dendy Jarrett, executive director of Gibson Gives, said in a statement.

Replacement guitars may be demo models, prototypes or shop-worn models.

At least 25 people were killed and many more were injured by the storms.
