The recall involves Venus Simply3 Disposable Razor 4-packs and Daisy 12+1 Venus Simply3 Bonus Pack, which included a Venus Simply 3 razor, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
The blades on the razor are misaligned, the CPSC reported, which happened during the manufacturing process and could cause a higher risk of cuts and gashes.
Gillette believes 87,000 faulty razors were sold in the United States and 2,700 in Canada.
The razors, which cost between $6 and $10, were sold in stores around the U.S. and parts of Canada between January and May 2019.
The CPB is urging customers to stop using the blades immediately and to contact Gillette for a postage-paid return label to return the razors and receive a voucher for a replacement.
The company said at least one person suffered cuts while using the recalled razor.
