According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, the unidentified man allegedly showed a gun to his neighbors and threatened them, KTRK reported.

"We had a barricaded suspect that had taken offense to some of his neighbors and showed them a gun and said something to the effect of 'I have something here for you,'" Capt. Lynwood Moreau of the Sheriff's Office told reporters.
After the incident was reported at 11:55 p.m. Sunday, deputies obtained a warrant and surrounded the trailer, the Chronicle reported. Deputies also turned off the electricity, and with temperatures in Houston hovering around 80 degrees late Sunday, the man decided to surrender.
"He got pretty warm in there pretty quick, and he came out with his hands up," Moreau told reporters.
Deputies said the man had a previous felony conviction and will be facing felony charges, KTRK reported.
