Johnson and Johnson has agreed to pay $6.3 million as part of a class-action lawsuit to customers who have purchased Infant Tylenol since 2014.

The company was accused of deceptive packaging -- advertising the product as uniquely formulated for infants. However it had the same concentration as the children's version, according to the lawsuit.

Johnson and Johnson does not admit any wrongdoing as part of the settlement. It will pay customers $2.15 for each 1- or 2-ounce bottle purchased with proof of purchase. Customers without proof of purchase can submit a claim for up to seven bottles, $15.05.
