Leaders react to FBI recommendation of no charges against Hillary Clinton

The FBI announced that while there is evidence of potential violations, it was the bureau's judgment that no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute the case.

Director James Comey said Hillary Clinton and staff "were extremely careless," but there was no "clear evidence" of intent to break the law.
