A man was spotted riding an electric scooter with a young child hanging onto his back as he crossed a Nashville bridge Thursday, the Tennessean reported.
Radio producer David Reed posted a video on Twitter after he got home.
"This is probably against the terms and agreements," Reed tweeted.

Reed said he was driving home from his shift when he spotted the man crossing the bridge on his scooter, according to the Tennessean.
"I thought about saying something, but I didn't want to distract him and cause a wreck, Reed told the newspaper. "I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Unreal."
Neither rider was wearing a helmet, and Reed said the child was in a harness and was standing on a small platform, the Tennessean reported.
Reed's tweet received several comments, but most were more concerned about a driver filming a video while driving.
"About as safe as driving while filming with a cellphone," one person tweeted.
"So is using a handheld phone while driving but here we are," another person tweeted.

The kid looks like he’s loving it, he’s strapped in, and the Dad looks to have it under control. The kid should probably be wearing a helmet. Other than that...

Question: which of the two humans on this scooter has the greater IQ?
