Baker announced the four-month ban of all vaping products in the state, effective immediately. The ban prohibits the sale of all flavored and nonflavored products, including mint and menthol.
The Associated Press reported that the order may be the first of its kind in the country. Last week, New York banned most flavored cigarettes, but not menthol ones.
Boston cracked down on vaping Wednesday, with changes to existing regulations on tobacco and nicotine products.
