Michigan police find active meth lab inside vehicle during traffic stop

Three people were arrested in Michigan after deputies discovered an active methamphetamine lab inside a vehicle, authorities said.

According to a news release from the Kalamazoo County Sheriff's Office, deputies found the lab during a traffic stop Monday at 9:32 p.m., MLive reported.

Deputies pulled over the vehicle because it was traveling erratically on the highway, the website reported.

According to the Sheriff's Office, the lab was disposed of safely, WXMI reported. Deputies were assisted by the Michigan State Police and the Cooper Fire Department, the television station reported.

Deputies have withheld the names of the suspects, MLive reported. The three people inside the vehicle were arrested and charged, but deputies did not release any other information, the website reported.
